Sometimes that means helping a student find the courage to walk into school with confidence. Sometimes it's providing food, connecting a family with resources, or helping a child develop the skills to manage big emotions and build positive relationships.

But the SEAD team's impact is felt by every student at Normal Park. From positive office referrals and pep rallies to spontaneous dance parties and everyday moments of encouragement, they bring joy, connection, and a sense of belonging to our entire school community.

Their work helps create a place where children feel understood, families feel supported, and every student has the opportunity not just to learn, but to laugh, connect, grow, and thrive.

Through compassion, connection, and collaboration, this team makes room for every child to experience the joy of learning and belonging.
